Welcome to Soma Mushrooms! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. For deliveries within Kathmandu Valley, payment can be made via cash or Fonepay QR scan upon delivery. Orders outside the Valley require pre-payment via Fonepay transfer before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or insufficient stock.

2. Delivery Policy

We take great care to ensure your order arrives fresh and in perfect condition. For Kathmandu Valley orders placed before 10 AM, delivery will be made within 24 hours of harvest. Orders outside the Valley will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, with delivery typically taking 2-5 additional business days depending on location.

While we make every effort to deliver within estimated timeframes, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation delays, or public holidays.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Fresh Mushrooms- Due to the perishable nature of fresh mushrooms, we generally cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled, we will offer a replacement or full refund provided that:

  • You notify us immediately upon delivery

  • You provide clear photographic evidence via WhatsApp at the time of delivery

  • Dried Mushrooms and Supplements- Unopened dried mushrooms and supplements may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged. To qualify for a return or refund:

  • You must notify us via WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos showing the damage

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened supplement containers

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage

  • Change of mind or general dissatisfaction

4. Product Quality and Usage

Our functional mushrooms are sold as dietary supplements, not medicines. While we take every care to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and purity, individual results may vary. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a known medical condition.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Soma Mushrooms and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from this site is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Soma Mushrooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
